Speed

AX1 is ready to process as soon as it’s turned on—no pre-chilling or other prep required. It can process up to 50lbs. every 15 min (200lbs/hr)

Size

Only needs 200sqft of space and fits into a 20ft container—it's very compact with huge output

Efficiency

Cuts the amount of solvent used to process by up to 3X. AX1 extracts nearly 99% of cannabinoids and recycles up to 98% of the solvent. The entire system only consumes 200A of electricity.

Safety

Both operator and consumer are safe with the AX1 system. The truly closed-loop design virtually eliminates exposure to solvent vapors. Rated for C1D2 locations and is ETL (Intertek) UL1389 listed, GMP and FDA compliant, and PSI peer-reviewed.

Quality

We focus on quality; AX1 outputs a high-potency (70-80%) full-spectrum winterized extract ready for finished products (or for further post-processing such as distillation if desired).
